What Changes for Your Local Pack Ranking

Review velocity beats review count for Google's local-pack ranking. Once the engine is on, the curve bends.

Review volume typically doubles in the first 60 days.

Average rating climbs as more genuinely happy customers actually leave reviews.

Local pack ranking improves — Google rewards review velocity, not just total count.

Three Moving Parts. Installed in a Day.

1

Trigger

An invoice paid, a job marked complete, a checkout, a CRM stage change — whichever signal already fires when a happy customer is created in your business.

2

Ask

An automated text and/or email asks the customer to share their experience. The Google review link is one tap. No app to install. Personalized with their name and your business name.

3

Track

Sent / opened / clicked / reviewed all show up in a simple dashboard. Polite reminder fires after 3 days if no action — once, then stops. No spam.

Policy-safe by design

Every customer is asked the same way regardless of how they feel — no review gating, no filtering by sentiment, no incentivized reviews. That's what gets accounts suspended; we don't do it.

One Price. No Retainer.

Common Questions

No — and Google explicitly says automated review requests are fine, as long as you don't filter by sentiment, don't gate negative responses away from the review form, and don't pay for reviews. We follow all three rules. The risky setups (sometimes called "review gating") are the ones that route happy customers to Google and unhappy customers to a private form. We don't do that.

If you have an email list or a customer log, we can wire it up. The cheapest version is a manual trigger — you click "send" after each job and the rest is automated. Works fine for service businesses doing a few customers a week.

We use a transactional SMS service (Twilio or similar) — small per-message cost (a few cents) that you cover directly, not your phone plan. For most service businesses it works out to under $5/month.

Stop leaving 5★ reviews on the floor.

Most happy customers won't leave a review unless asked. The engine asks every one. One installed day, one extra local customer pays for it.
