Your domain can't be spoofed. Phishing stops landing in inboxes. MFA is enforced on every account. We install and test SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MFA, then hand you a one-page report you can show your insurance carrier or auditor.
This isn't a 30-page report. It's a 48-hour install. When we're done, these specific risks are off the table.
Your domain stops getting spoofed in customer and vendor inboxes.
Phishing emails fail authentication and never land — they get rejected at the receiver.
Every email account requires MFA. A leaked password alone can no longer log anyone in.
Plain English: these are the four protections every legit business email is supposed to have. Most don't.
A TXT record on your domain that lists every server allowed to send email "from" your address. Anyone else gets flagged as a forgery.
Each outbound email is signed with a key only you control. Receivers verify the signature; tampered or forged messages fail and bounce.
A policy that says "if mail claiming to be from us fails SPF or DKIM, reject it." Plus a feedback loop so we see who's trying to spoof you.
Enforced multi-factor across all email accounts (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or whatever you use). Stolen passwords stop being enough.
Plus: a one-page summary report you can hand to your cyber-insurance carrier or compliance auditor as proof of controls.

No. We roll DMARC out in monitoring mode first, watch the reports for 24 hours, fix any third-party senders (your CRM, your invoicing tool, your newsletter platform) that aren't yet authorized, and only then move to enforcement. Zero legitimate mail gets blocked.
We support both. Most of the work happens in your DNS provider plus your email admin console. If you have another setup (self-hosted, Zoho, Fastmail), we can usually still do it — book a quick call first so we can confirm.
Common — and usually wrong. Half-configured SPF actually makes things worse because receivers can't tell what's legit. We audit what's there, fix or replace it, and finish the job.
One prevented phishing breach pays for this ten times over. Most small businesses we audit have at least one of the four layers missing.
