- Usage Data: Logs of pipeline operations, upload status, and error reports for debugging and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Publish video content to platforms you have authorized (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate captions, metadata, and descriptions for your content
- Monitor and improve the reliability of our publishing pipeline
- Communicate with you about service issues or updates
3. Third-Party Platform Data
Our PrimeClips application integrates with the TikTok API. When you connect your TikTok account:
- We request only the permissions necessary to upload videos (
video.upload, video.publish)
- We store your OAuth access token and refresh token securely on our server
- We do not access your TikTok messages, followers list, or personal profile data beyond what is required for content publishing
- You can revoke access at any time through TikTok's settings at tiktok.com/setting
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. OAuth tokens are stored in protected configuration files with restricted file system permissions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your content data and OAuth tokens for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account disconnection, OAuth tokens are deleted immediately.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Revoke third-party platform access at any time
- Opt out of any non-essential data collection
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
