Reply to any PAS email about your site with what you want changed - copy edit, new page, swap an image, update a phone number. Our system reads your reply, makes the change to your site, publishes it live to your domain, and emails you back when it's done. Most changes are live in under five minutes.
Any single update to your site: changing text on a page, swapping an image, adding a new page, updating a price, fixing a typo. We don't nickel-and-dime - a single email with several edits at once counts as one change. Quotas: 10/month on Starter, 60/month on Professional, unlimited on Business; Reseller hosts up to 15 sites.
All paid plans include the website hosting (no separate bill from us or anyone), free SSL/HTTPS, daily backups with offsite copies, 99.9% uptime, monitoring, DNS management, and email deliverability monitoring (DMARC + bounce/complaint dashboards built in-house, no third-party tool needed). Professional adds Cloudflare CDN and AI image generation. Business upgrades you to a dedicated cloud instance with a formal SLA. Reseller gets a dedicated DirectAdmin instance for up to 15 sites.
Either way works. If you already own one, you'll just point an A record to our infrastructure (we'll send instructions). If you need to register one, we can do that for you at-cost via Cloudflare Registrar - typically about $10/year for a .com - and bundle it into your hosting plan.
Upgrade anytime. Launch or Starter to Professional is a Stripe upgrade - your site stays exactly where it is, you get more changes per month and priority queue. Professional to Business moves you to a dedicated cloud instance with SLA. We migrate the data; you don't see downtime.
Both. We host static HTML, WordPress (any version), and most popular CMSes. The email-change loop works on any of them. We also offer a separate WordPress modernization service if your current install is old or broken.
